This site collects as little as it needs. Here's what each service stores and why.
PostHog (analytics)
Counts page views and button clicks, such as starting or finishing the scorecard, so I can see what's working. It stores a random ID in your browser. It does not record your screen, and it respects your browser's Do Not Track setting.
Google Sheets and Gmail (email)
If you ask for your scorecard breakdown, your email, the optional first name, business name and team size you gave, and your scores are saved in a private Google Sheet. I use them to send your breakdown from Gmail and the occasional note. Reply "stop" to any email and I'll remove you.
Tally (applications)
If you apply for a founding client spot, Tally stores your answers and emails them to me.
Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection)
Checks that the scorecard email form is filled in by a person. It does not use your answers.
Cloudflare (hosting)
Hosts this site and keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
Your browser also keeps your scorecard progress for this visit, your theme choice and which homepage headline you saw. None of that leaves your device except the headline version, which is sent with analytics events.
To see or delete anything I hold about you, email me at [email protected] and I'll take care of it within 30 days.
